2. Scope and Applicability of Service

tk's services are open only to those individuals who have legal permission to participate in such activities within their own legal jurisdiction. It is the user's responsibility to confirm that online betting and casino activities are legal in their location.

tk reserves the right to restrict the following individuals from using the service:

• Those under the age of 21.
• Those placing bets on behalf of someone else.
• Those who are employees, contractors, or close relatives of tk staff.
• Those whose accounts have previously been closed for any reason.
• Those operating more than one account.

tk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any individual's registration application and is not required to provide a reason for this decision.

3. Registration and Account Management

3.1 Opening an Account

A personal account must be opened to use tk's services. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and any winnings from those accounts cannot be withdrawn.

3.2 Account Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to maintain the security of their account. Passwords must not be shared with anyone, and if any unauthorised activity is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately. tk will not be liable for any loss caused by a third party using the account.

3.3 Account Verification

tk may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other documents from the user for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Failure to provide documents in a timely manner may result in the account being closed.

4. Age Verification and Protection of Minors

All tk services are strictly for those aged 21 or above. At the time of registration, the user must confirm they meet this age requirement. If it is subsequently found that an account holder is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

It is tk's policy not to allow minors to open accounts. Parents are requested to ensure their children cannot access this platform. Detailed advice on protecting minors can be found in the Responsible Gaming guidelines.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits at tk can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. It is recommended to verify your account before making a deposit.

Funds deposited by the user must be from their own earned or legitimate money. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted, and if such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes, but may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

Before requesting a withdrawal, the user must ensure that the wagering requirements for all active bonuses have been met. If wagering is incomplete, the withdrawal process may be automatically suspended.

5.3 Suspicious Transactions

tk reserves the right to suspend any transaction it considers suspicious until an investigation is completed. In such cases, tk may be required to provide relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

For new members, tk offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳300 is required. Wagering applies to the bonus: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.

A bonus is not direct cash. The bonus balance can be used for betting, but cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

6.2 Other Promotions

tk offers further promotional offers from time to time, such as the weekly tk Deposit Festival (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering) and the weekly tk Weekend Dhamaka (75% bonus, up to ৳7,500, 25x wagering). Each promotion has its own applicable terms.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Before claiming a new bonus, the wagering on the previous bonus must be completed or the bonus must be cancelled.
• If a bonus is cancelled, any winnings earned from that bonus will also be considered void.
• tk reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tk may investigate the account.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing and Cancelling Bets

A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or the result is inconclusive, tk may at its own initiative cancel or refund the bet. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the balance.

Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are subject to change. The odds applicable at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final.

7.2 Technical Issues

If any bet remains incomplete due to a server error, internet disconnection, or other technical issue, tk will review the bet and make an appropriate decision. In such cases, tk's decision is final.

7.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

tk sets maximum payout limits for various events and games. If this limit is exceeded, the excess amount will be automatically adjusted. Before placing a bet, users should check the maximum limit for the relevant game or event.

8. Account Closure, Suspension and Termination

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account if they wish. To do so, they must contact the support team. All balances should be withdrawn before closing the account; recovering funds remaining in a closed account may require identity verification at a later stage.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by tk

tk may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
• Being identified as a minor.
• Suspicion of involvement in financial crime.
• Misconduct towards tk staff.

The balance and bonuses of an account closed for valid reasons may be forfeited.

9. Responsible Gaming Policy

tk believes that betting and gaming is a form of entertainment, and we are committed to ensuring it does not become a cause of addiction or financial hardship. Our Responsible Gaming guidelines provide detailed advice and methods for self-regulation.

Users may set deposit limits, betting limits, or a temporary break (cool-off period) on their account if they wish. Contact the support team to activate these features. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be cancelled before the set period ends.

11. Intellectual Property

The tk website, application, logo, design, content, and software are the property of tk. This intellectual property is protected and users have no right to copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.

Third-party game software is used on the tk platform. The intellectual property for these games belongs to the respective game developers, such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and others. Copying or using this software is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

tk makes every effort to ensure the quality of its service, but is not liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Issues caused by errors in third-party game software.
• Financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Loss caused by unexpected technical outages or cyber attacks.

In any circumstance, tk's total liability will be limited to the actual balance held in the user's account.

13. Changes and Amendments to Terms

tk may change or amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or platform notification. However, it is each user's responsibility to review this page regularly on their own.

Continued use of the platform after any changes means the user is considered to have accepted the amended terms. If a user does not agree with the new terms, they have the right to request that their account be closed.

If any provision of a section is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be in effect.
